Brief Introduction
Bhagwan Parshuram Chair was established in 2015. As this chair is concerned with Indian Culture & religion, Its Importance is self explanatory. Bhagwan Parshuram is regarded as one of such divine incarnations who appeared on this earth to redeem the promise of establishing the path of righteousness at the time of its decline. His inspiring life story shows that he reminded the shirkers of their duties and put them in the right direction. But with the passage of time, his life and works became part of the myth. That is why; this Chair has been established to academically study and research his references from the History and Culture of India.
On 26th July 2015, honourable Chief Minister of Punjab S. Parkash Singh Badal inaugurated this Chair in the presence of around five thousand people from different parts of the state.
